The Friday Scrabble Group meet at the Indoor Bowls Club in Burton Street, Peterborough every Friday, 11am to 1pm throughout the year.

You must become a Social member of the Bowls Club to play Scrabble, the current membership is £20 for the year, this also entitles you to use the clubs facilities at any time but NOT the Bowling greens. There are no other fees to pay. The club has vending machines that dispense hot drinks and snacks should you need fortifying. 

We are a friendly non competitive group and play a very informal game with dictionaries allowed throughout. We normally play two games, in pairs or threes if there is an odd number. We draw lots for the first game then swap partners as each game finishes.
